EDiR Simulation and webinar with Prof. Sáez (CORE Committee Chair) and Prof. Oleaga (EDiR Scientific Director).

The EDiR Simulation is a practice test session that offers the closest experience to a real EDiR exam sessionCandidates will be able to sit this practice EDiR exam, which provides them with an idea on how they will perform on the real exam day.

From Monday, February 15 at 15:30 (CET), the registered attendees will have access to the EDiR Simulation. The EDiR Simulation consists of

  • 25 MRQs used in previous EDiR examinations that have to be answered in 30 minutes
  • 8 Short Cases used in previous EDiR examinations that have to be answered in 30 minutes
  • 4 CORE cases used in previous EDiR examinations that have to be answered in 30 minutes

On Tuesday, February 16, at 15:30 (CET) attendees will be able to join a 90-minute webinar with Prof. Sáez and Prof. Oleaga where they will review some of the CORE cases and will show how to answer them. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

After the simulation, candidates will receive their score and a report.

Thursday, February 18: Structured Reports and CORE session

Structured Reports, CORE session and Webinar with Prof. Sáez (CORE Committee Chair) and Prof. van Ongeval (CORE Committee Member)

The Structured Reports and CORE session is a practice test session focused on the Clinically Oriented Reasoning Evaluation (CORE), which is also very useful to learn how to write structured reports in their professional practice. Candidates will be able to sit the CORE section and will get an idea of their performance on the real exam day.

On Wednesday, at 16:00 (CET), the attendees will have access to the EDiR Simulation (only CORE). The EDiR Simulation consists of

  • 6 CORE cases used in previous EDiR examinations that have to be answered in 30 minutes

At 16:00 (CET) attendees will be able to join a 90-minute webinar with Prof. Sáez and Prof. van Ongeval where they will review some of the CORE cases and will show how to answer them.

After the simulation, candidates will receive their score and a report.
